Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel within seven working days after the day following delivery.
If you wish to return products to us for any reason, you must first contact us to agree the return. Failure to do so will cause long delays and may make it impossible for us to process the return.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any opened product for hygienic reasons. Goods must be returned unopened and in the condition they were despatched.
If the goods are not damaged or defective you must bear the full cost of returning the goods, and we reserve the right to retain the cost of shipping the original parcel(s). Where shipping is included in the sale price, the amount retained will be the actual shipping cost paid by us.
If the goods are damaged or defective we will refund the original postage costs and the cost of return postage.
To organise a return you must supply your name, order number, and reasons for returning the goods. As our primary means of communication is email, please send this information to info@tricotec.com for the fastest resolution.
If you do not have access to email please leave your phone number with our sales line (0845 226 0967) and request a return call, although please note that the sales line will not be able to help you directly with the return.
We will supply you with the correct address for returns when you contact us. Returns must not be sent to our invoice address. If this happens we cannot guarantee that we will be able to process the return.
Returned goods must be sent to us via a recorded delivery service. If we do not receive the goods it will be your responsibility to claim any loss from the carrier as we cannot do this for you, and without the goods we would not be able to issue a refund. Until we receive and sign for the goods they are your responsibility. If we are refunding you for the cost of return postage we will indicate which postal service must be used, and you must keep proof of postage.
Once we have received the goods and verified that they are in their original condition we will issue a refund within 30 days. Refunds are made to the credit / debit card used in the original purchase. We reserve the right to retain a re-stocking fee of 10% of the purchase cost for goods which are not damaged or defective.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy.
