When you make a purchase through this website we require and collect your billing address, shipping address, telephone number and email address. This information is used to allow us to process your order and will never be passed to third parties.
During the purchase process your information will be securely passed over an encrypted connection to our payment processor, WorldPay (who are part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group). Worldpay will then take your card details using their own secure website. We do not have access to your card number at any point in the online purchase process.
If you consent at the time of ordering, we may occasionally send you emails which contain special offers, discount vouchers, or useful information relating to your purchase. You can request removal at any time by writing to us at info@tricotec.com
We log the user's IP address and session information such as the duration of the visit to the site and the nature of the browser used. This information is used for administration of the site system, for extra security, and in the compilation of statistics used to assess the use of the site.
