Delivery Times
We keep most items in stock, ready to send, and will normally despatch your parcel within one working day. Stock levels are shown on the website so you can see if the products are available before you buy.
We send all parcels by First Class Recorded Delivery which will require a signature on receipt. If you do not receive your order within four working days (and the items you ordered were all in stock) please contact us at info@tricotec.com because it is possible the parcel is being held at your local Royal Mail depot.
Discreet Packaging
All our products are despatched in very discreet plain packaging. A return address label on the package is required but this is not a problem as we use an address which cannot be traced back to our website.
If someone shakes the package it might be possible to hear the sound of liquid / pills in a bottle but there will be no other indication of what is inside.
